
Following strong sales growth in 2024, BMW Motorrad India will launch the 2025 BMW S1000 RR with updated design and features at the Bharat Mobile Expo 2025.
BMW Motorrad India is all set to launch the 2025 BMW S1000 RR and R 1300 GS Adventure in India at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. The updated S1000 RR launched last year gets a visual update for 2025. Key changes include a redesigned fairing and larger winglets to improve aerodynamic efficiency. The 2025 S 1000 RR also features integrated brake ducting for better cooling during the breaks on track days. This announcement comes on the heels of a successful year for BMW Motorrad India. In 2024, the company delivered 8,301 motorcycles, recording its highest half-year sales ever, with a total of 4,687 units sold from July to December, an increase of 14%. Additionally, the brand’s complete unit (CBU) bike portfolio achieved record annual sales with a total of 1,041 units delivered.
2025 BMW S1000 RR: Design
The front of the 2025 model has been redesigned with round headlight housings. Larger winglets inspired by the M 1000 RR improve downforce and aerodynamics. These winglets are now similar in size to those found on flagship sportbikes.

The motorcycle is available in three colors in the international market: Blackstorm Metallic, Bluestone Metallic with matte accents and Lightwhite Uni/M Motorsport.
2025 BMW S1000 RR: Engine
The 2025 BMW S 1000 RR now comes standard with Pro riding modes, including Race Pro, and offers five adjustable ABS settings. The bike is powered by a 999cc inline-4 engine that produces 206 hp and 113 Nm of torque, mated to a 6-speed gearbox with straight-cut gears for smooth shifting.

The 2025 S 1000 RR also comes with a range of electronic features such as traction control, slip control, ABS with brake slip assist, hill start control, bi-directional quickshifter, launch control and pit lane limiter. Dynamic Brake Control (DBC) improves safety, while integrated brake cooling ducts in the front fenders help maintain braking performance during track racing.
