The Bari International Exhibition Center is one of the main trade fairs in Italy and the Mediterranean, headquartered in Bari, in the Marconi-San Girolamo-Fisca area, with its main entrance on the seafront at Staretta 4. In operation since 1929. Over time, the 100,000 square foot exhibition area has been expanded and currently covers 300,000 square feet, hosting approximately 40 events throughout the year. Since 2011, the fair has built a new conference hall. In 2012, the fair aimed to further strengthen the Congress activities by building a new building.
