The automaker said the eMax 7 is “designed for the progressive and environmentally conscious Indian family” and offers “enhanced performance and features” compared to its predecessor, the e6 electric MPV.
The electric MPV continues to be equipped with a panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, automatic climate control, a 360-degree camera, and a power tailgate. The dashboard design, instrument cluster, and other equipment remain largely unchanged.
In India, the eMax 7 is expected to come with a 71.8kWh battery pack and a single electric motor. The unit will deliver a combined power output of 201bhp and 310Nm of torque. It will have a range of up to 530 km on a full charge. Globally, the electric MPV is also expected to come with a 55.4kWh battery that produces 161bhp and 310Nm of power, giving it a range of up to 420 km.
