If you are an innovative company, how do you stand out from other equally innovative companies? A stroll through the exhibit halls of the Las Vegas Convention Center during CES 2025, taking place Jan. 7-10, might give meeting professionals some ideas on how to create engaging events with lasting impact.
When looking for booths with the highest concentration of attendees, they seem to have two things working in their favor: attendee engagement and practical application of the product.

The artificial intelligence chatbot has a response time of 1.5 seconds and can speak 110 languages including Korean and Chinese.

RoboSense has unveiled its humanoid robot prototype. One of the ways it demonstrates this prototype is through the robot’s manipulation capabilities. Its second-generation robot, Papert 2.0, uses hand-eye coordination to function.
Attendees can walk up to the displayed hand and play with it as it mimics their clenched fist, open hand, and number 1 gestures.
Segway
Segway is the creator of personal transportation, power generation and lawn mowing products for individual consumers and businesses.
At one end of the booth showcasing its Navimow X3 range, Segway set up a makeshift lawn for Navimov to wander around; at the other end, several of its scooters were on display, with one of its latest models being driven around a small track travel.
CES Live Captions
The meeting at the Las Vegas Convention Center has an unusual addition: live captions. During the meeting, live voice capture provides text below the visual on the main screen and two smaller screens on either side of the room, making it ideal for people with hearing impairments.
Delta Air Lines Sphere Airport
On the first day of CES, Sphere’s Exosphere provided a Delta Air Lines QR code in anticipation of Delta CEO Ed Bastian’s keynote address. Scan this code to enter the airline’s 100th anniversary promotional website. At night, Exosphere activates to highlight five aircraft that make up Delta’s 100-year history.
Delta Air Lines is the first airline to host a keynote address at Sphere. The hour-long presentation began with a brief introduction from Consumer Technology Association and CES CEO Gary Shapiro, followed by a keynote address from Bastian, Grammy Award-winning actress Viola Davis also spoke. Tom Brady partners with Delta Air Lines to host his show ‘Well Traveled’ exclusively on Delta flights; Dara Khosrowshahi and Uber CEO Dara Dara Khosrowshahi, during which Delta Air Lines and Uber announced a partnership. After a great keynote speech, the evening ended with a great performance by Lenny Kravitz.

Typically limited to multiple screens, the possibilities are endless with Sphere’s 16k resolution, 160,000 square feet of in-house screens. The screen will come from a main camera as Bastian speaks, and will seamlessly double and triple as he brings out the Delta employees and partners he’s talking to.
Sphere’s engagement capabilities don’t stop there. Its 4D capabilities were also showcased. Bastian’s keynote began with an on-screen Delta Air Lines plane gliding towards the audience, during which you could feel the wind turbines blowing air at you.
Even more memorable was the smell wafting through the venue. Khosrowshahi gave several audience members Uber Eats gift cards; the introduction was introduced by an Uber Eats employee driving a scooter to deliver coffee to him and Bastian onstage. After delivery, attendees could smell the coffee throughout the venue. In a digital fireworks show commemorating Delta Air Lines’ 100th anniversary, the flaming fireworks are as stunning as if you were outside watching a live show.
