Jaguar Racing’s Mitch Evans etched his name in Formula E history with a stunning victory at the season-opening race in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The New Zealander started from the back of the grid and made a stunning sprint to claim his 13th career victory, equaling the record. The game was filled with drama and multiple red flags. One of the interruptions was caused by a spectacular crash by defending champion Pascal Wehrlein, which thankfully resulted in no injuries. McLaren’s Taylor Barnard was the youngest driver on the grid and finished an impressive third despite receiving a drive-through penalty and a front wing replacement.
