IPME Event Structures (IPME) will be at the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort on December 3 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm

This immersive event was inspired by 1960s Palm Springs motels and was designed to engage attendees while showcasing innovative event solutions.

The core of the reception is a multi-story modular structure that showcases IPME’s expertise in immersive experiences. Guests can enjoy a golf putting challenge and win prizes, including two Scotty Cameron putters and a surprise grand prize. The structure also features standout design elements such as the motel sign illuminated by a halo of raised letters, pink translucent storefront vinyl and interactive roof lighting.

“We designed a fun, immersive, multi-layered container activation that takes you back to the 1960s Palm Springs motel theme,” said IPME COO and co-founder Craig Rapoza.

Rapoza and his team invite attendees to take a guided tour during the reception, where they can experience IPME’s experiential marketing approach first-hand. The tour will highlight how the event reflects key trends in experiential marketing. These include a 34% increase in sustainability requests for proposals (RFPs), the growing popularity of modular prefabricated structures and demand for outdoor activities as companies shift to creating interactive experiences.

The activation also demonstrates how tools such as return on investment (ROI) analysis, heat maps and demographic tracking can enhance engagement and provide actionable insights.

IPME worked with multiple partners to create this immersive activation. Image Options (created the raised letters, halo-lit motel sign; 4 Productions (provided and installed the two-layer LED wall); Fusion Imaging (created the pink translucent graphics for the acrylic wall); SJP (provided the lighting, including Uplighting and roof interactive elements.

“If we can work together at future events to create solutions for your activation needs, please let me know,” Rapoza added, emphasizing IPME’s commitment to industry partnerships.

For those unable to attend the reception, the building will remain open for tours and tours on December 4th . This provided another opportunity to explore IPME’s modular event solutions and discuss future opportunities with their team.
