- The Renegade Willys will be limited to just 500 units and will cost more than the standard Trailhawk.
Jeep has launched an updated version of the Renegade for the Brazilian market, with the interior and exterior remaining the same, but with a new special edition. The Jeep Renegade Willys is based on the top-of-the-line Trailhawk trim, adding a nostalgic paint job and some exclusive extras.
As you can see, the new special edition takes cues from the classic Jeep CJ Willys, with decals on the hood, front fenders, and D-pillars. It’s available in six color options, including the exclusive Reconnaissance Green shown here.

The roof and A-pillars are finished in black, which complements the five-spoke 17-inch alloy wheels wrapped in All-Terrain Plus Scorpion tires.
Interior tweaks include leather seats, side skirts and Willys embossing on the standard sunroof. As a derivative of the Trailhawk, the Willys Special Edition gets a raised suspension, a 4×4 system with electronic differential lock, low-speed mode and a terrain selector.
Since the facelifted Jeep Renegade debuted in 2022, Brazilian-spec models have only been available with a turbocharged 1.3-liter gasoline engine that produces 185 hp (136 kW / 187 PS) and 270 Nm (199 lb-ft) of torque. Both Trailhawk and Willys trims come with a nine-speed automatic transmission that sends power to all four wheels.
The Willys-branded Renegade is not an all-new model; a similar special edition was introduced for the 2019 model year. This version is based on the diesel Longitude 2.0 4×4 and is limited to 250 units for the Brazilian market.
The 2025 Jeep Renegade Willys is limited to 500 units, making it less exclusive than its predecessor. Pricing starts at 179,990 Brazilian reals ($31,795), which is 6,000 Brazilian reals ($1,060) more than the Trailhawk. This year, Jeep has reduced prices on some Renegade models in Brazil, but standard features have also been reduced accordingly.
Despite facelifts and model year updates, the Jeep Renegade has been around since 2014, so its replacement is imminent. Jeep recently confirmed that the next-generation model will arrive in 2027 with an all-electric powertrain option and a starting price of less than $25,000 in the United States.
