Lexus has suspended bookings for the LM 350h MPV in India. Due to ongoing supply issues, the automaker revealed that it had to suspend bookings to meet the high demand for the new LM 350h. Bookings have been suspended since September 21, 2024 and the company said it is doing its best to resume bookings as soon as possible. Talking about the development, Lexus said, “Lexus India is humbled by the overwhelming response from our guests for the Lexus LM 350h and we sincerely thank all our guests for their outpouring of support. Designed for a serene and efficient passenger experience, this luxurious vehicle embodies Lexus’ commitment to delivering exceptional comfort, innovative design and unparalleled grandeur.”

Lexus LM: Appearance
In terms of appearance, the LM’s grille features hexagonal elements and is equipped with the brand’s signature daytime running lights, which are integrated into the LED headlights. The full-width light bar at the rear, the ORVMs mounted on the doors, and the choice of 17-inch and 19-inch alloy wheels further enhance its design. The LM is 5,125 mm long, 1,890 mm wide, 1,955 mm high, with a wheelbase of 3,000 mm, and is built on Toyota’s TNGA-K modular platform.
Lexus LM: mechanical details
Mechanically, the Lexus LM is equipped with a 2.5-liter four-cylinder self-charging hybrid engine with a maximum power of 246 horsepower and a peak torque of 239 Nm. The engine is paired with an automatic continuously variable transmission (CVT). The engine is paired with a nickel-metal hydride battery and is designed to provide high performance and fuel efficiency. The MPV is also equipped with the company’s E-Four all-wheel drive system. Lexus claims that the MPV has a range of more than 1,200 kilometers on a full tank of fuel and a fuel efficiency of 19.28 kilometers per liter.
Lexus LM: Interior and features
The interior of the LM features a cream-colored cabin theme. The global model is available in 6-, 7- and 4-seater configurations, while the Indian version offers 4- and 7-seater options. The more luxurious 4-seater model is equipped with a host of features, including a 48-inch TV, wireless phone charger, 23-speaker surround sound system, retractable glass panels, umbrella holder, reading lights, noise-cancelling wheels and tires, airline-style reclining seats with pillow headrests, heated armrests, a partition between the front and rear compartments, active noise cancellation, separate audio outputs for the front and rear, a mini fridge, vanity mirror, rear glove box, multiple USB ports and a folding table. Apart from the modern features, the Lexus model also comes with a heat-sensing infrared (IR) matrix sensor that continuously monitors the temperature of the legs, thighs, chest and face of the rear seat passengers. The system adjusts the air conditioning and seat heaters to maintain a comfortable cabin temperature.

Lexus LM 350h: Safety Kit
The Lexus Safety System+ 3 ADAS suite ensures safety with features like dynamic radar cruise control, automatic high beam, safe exit assist, blind spot monitoring, lane departure alert with steering assist, lane following assist, and vehicle detection for both stationary and moving vehicles. In addition, the model is equipped with a 360-degree camera, multiple airbags, and a digital rearview mirror.
