Audi e-tron GT review: The sports sedan that electric cars forgot
Sedans no longer dominate the roads like they once did, and now everyone and their mom wants an SUV or crossover. However, Audi has proven with the e-tron GT that there is still a lot of merit in a well-engineered and well-designed sedan. The Audi version of the Porsche Taycan has been revealed in Europe for a few years, but it’s not coming to Australia until 2023, and we got our first hands on it a few weeks ago. It won’t sell as well as some of Audi’s cheaper, pricier EVs, nor will it redefine electric performance. However, it’s one of the best sedans I’ve ever driven, regardless of powertrain. The launch of these models is imminent as revenue has plummeted 9.5%. Group sales fell 8.2%, with Bentley down 22.8%. Audi unveiled its redesigned A5 and S5 earlier this month, and now the company has confirmed that the A6 e-tron will debut in less than a week. Spy photographers have caught the electric wagon several times, combining gentle curves with the all-new PPE platform. The latter is the basis for the Q6 e-tron, which features a 100 kWh battery pack and a variety of different powertrains. Let's get started: Since the car is so new, very little paint restoration was needed.It all starts with thorough cleaning and decontamination, followed by light blending and buffing to bring the paint to flawless perfection.Once polishing is complete, you can start installing the paint protection film. All of our paint protection films are computer cut, giving us a perfect template every time. Once cut, the film is loosely taped and positioned to fit.
