Opened in September 2008, the three-story, 500,000-square-foot (46,000 m²) building, located at 500 South Salisbury Street, includes a 150,000-square-foot (14,000 m²) exhibit hall, 20 conference rooms, and 32,000 square feet (3,000 m²) of banquet space. The banquet hall on the top floor can accommodate 2,715 people (banquet style) or 3,630 people (theater style). The exhibit hall on the lowest floor can accommodate 790 booths or seats, and can accommodate 6,800 people (banquet style) or 9,600 people (theater style). Extensive acoustic work was carried out not only to ensure soundproofing of adjacent activities within the centre, but also to control noise emitted towards the surrounding community.
