Judge sides with fired Lucid employees, calls for action against unionization

Two Lucid employees fired within months of distributing UAW flyers at workplace September 18, 2024 19:55 An Arizona judge sided with two Lucid employees who were fired for trying to form a union. The court found that the two were "fired in part because of anti-union sentiment." Lucid executives reportedly eavesdropped on employees, conspired against them, and threw out union literature. While the UAW was once a headache for Detroit, the union has been working to organize foreign automakers and newcomers. This has led to major changes, including the unionization of Volkswagen's Chattanooga plant.
