Get your team excited about the possibilities of the show!

  • If you want to maximize the possibilities and goals of the show, then you have to get your team excited about the show.
  • Communicate its significance to the company by sharing the goals of the show and how they align with corporate goals.
  • More importantly – communicate what the show means to that person! Do you run a competition for your employees at the show? Does the show generate sales and commissions for them?
  • Are they likely to make new friends?
  • Whatever it is, make sure you let them know!
  • If you haven’t thought about offering some kind of reward to your team yet, do it! Create a competition based on your goal to motivate everyone to give it their all!
  • A passionate team will outperform a less passionate team every time!
