Mahindra Thar Roxx has created a buzz among buyers even before its official launch on August 15, 2024. With prices now announced and pre-orders underway, the big news is Off-road SUV 176,000 pre-orders were received within 60 minutes of the pre-order window opening at 11:00 this morning. This marks the highest number of bookings any car has received on its first day of booking. The carmaker has confirmed that deliveries of the Thar Roxx will begin on Dussehra, October 12, 2024, and will be carried out in a phased manner over the next three weeks.
Prices for the Mahindra Thar Roxx 4X2 model start at Rs 12.99 lakh and go up to Rs 20.49 lakh. 4X2 models are available with petrol and diesel engines, as well as manual and automatic transmission options. The petrol manual versions of MX1 and MX5 are priced at Rs 12.99 lakh and Rs 16.49 lakh respectively. The 4X2 automatic transmission is available in 3 models: MX3, MX5 and AX7L, priced at Rs 14.99 lakh, Rs 17.99 lakh and Rs 19.99 lakh respectively.
The price range of Thar Roxx diesel manual and automatic 4X2 trims is Rs 13.99 lakh to Rs 20.49 lakh. The 4X4 variants of this off-road SUV – MX5 MT, AX5L AT, AX7L MT and AX7L AT – are priced at Rs 18.79 lakh, Rs 20.99 lakh, Rs 20.99 lakh and Rs 22.49 lakh respectively. All prices mentioned are ex-showroom.
