Kia India will launch the updated Carnival in two variants – Limousine and Limousine Plus. Here is a detailed look at the features of each variant:
Kia India is gearing up to launch the facelifted Carnival MPV on October 3, 2024. The MPV will be launched along with the EV9 electric SUV and marks a major step in the company’s strategy to expand its electric product portfolio in India. Kia will offer the facelifted Carnival in two models (Limousine and Limousine Plus) and a 7-seater configuration.
The new Carnival is available for booking at a price of Rs 2 lakh and deliveries will commence soon. While it will be some time before the prices are announced, we already have a good idea of the upcoming MPV and its feature-packed cabin. Exterior elements include a wider tiger-nose grille, vertically stacked LED headlights with ‘star chart’ LED running lights, powered sliding doors, new 18-inch alloy wheels and connected LED taillights. Now, let’s take a closer look at what features are available in each variant:

The 2024 Carnival is powered by the same 2.2-liter diesel engine as the previous generation. The engine produces 197 horsepower and is mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission, sending power to the front wheels. The Kia Carnival facelift model may arrive in my country via CBU (complete vehicle assembly), with plans to assemble it locally later.
