Royal Enfield has launched the 2024 model of its best-selling model, the Classic 350. The motorcycle starts at Rs 1.99 lakh. Meanwhile, the top-of-the-line model is priced at Rs 2.3 lakh. All the above prices are ex-showroom. The upgraded Classic 350 is available in five variants and seven attractive paint jobs: Heritage (Jodhpur Blue and Madras Red), Heritage Premium (Medal Bronze), Signals (Commando Sand), Dark (Gun Grey and Stealth Black) and Chrome (Emerald). Recently, Royal Enfield has started the test ride and booking of this motorcycle. Let’s take a closer look at the specifications and feature details of the newly launched model.

Royal Enfield Classic 350: Design Changes
The large fenders, round headlamp and teardrop-shaped fuel tank of the Royal Enfield Classic 350 are carried over from its predecessor. However, the brand has added LED lighting to the components of the motorcycle, including the headlamp, taillight and turn indicators. The 2024 Classic 350 comes with the same LED headlamp as the Shotgun 650.
Royal Enfield Classic 350: Engine Details
Talking about the mechanical aspects, the motorcycle is still powered by the 349cc single-cylinder J-series engine which produces 27Nm of peak torque at 4,000rpm and 20.2bhp of maximum power at 6,100rpm. The unit is mated to a five-speed gearbox.
Royal Enfield Classic 350: Features
In terms of features, the revised Classic 350 features a USB-C charging port, adjustable clutch and brake levers, and a gear position indicator. Most of the features are limited to higher-spec models, though. While the 2024 version retains the analog instrument cluster and digital MID (Multi-Information Display), the top-spec model now comes with the Tripper navigation pod as standard. Apart from this, the gear position is now displayed on the digital MID.

Royal Enfield Classic 350: Suspension Settings
The new Classic 350 features a twin downtube spine frame with twin-tube emulsion shock absorbers at the rear and 41 mm telescopic suspension at the front. Optional wheels are 19-inch alloy/spoke wheels at the front and 18-inch alloy/spoke wheels at the rear, depending on the model. Braking is taken care of by 300 mm front disc brakes and 270 mm rear disc brakes or 153 mm rear drum brakes. Potential customers can choose between single-channel or dual-channel ABS.
Royal Enfield Classic 350: Models and Prices
After the modification of variant names, the five models are now called Heritage (Rs 1.99 lakh), Heritage Premium (Rs 2.04 lakh), Signals (Rs 2.16 lakh), Dark (Rs 2.25 lakh) and Chrome (Rs 2.30 lakh). All prices are ex-showroom.
Lastly, in terms of market competition, the 2024 Classic 350 will compete with established names like the Jawa 350, Triumph Speed 400, Honda CB350, and Harley-Davidson X440.
