Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has just launched the 2025 Livo 110cc commuter motorcycle to compete with Hero MotoCorp. This is Honda’s weapon against 110cc commuter cars like Hero Passion, Bajaj Platina 110 and TVS Star City. The motorcycle is also now OBD2B compliant.
2025 Honda Livo launched
The launch price of the OBD2B compliant Honda Livo 2025 starts from Rs 83,080 (Ex-sh) for the base Drum variant, while the Disc variant is priced at Rs 85,878 (Ex-sh). The 2025 Honda Livo is available in three colors: Pearl Firestone Black with orange stripes, Pearl Firestone Black with blue stripes, and Pearl Kraken Blue.
In terms of design, the Livo has a sporty style with a powerful fuel tank. What further highlights its presence is the fuel tank guard in a contrasting color. Honda has also used eye-catching graphics, which can be seen on the fuel tank, headlights and body side panels.
True to its commuter roots, the Honda Livo features a long one-piece seat as well as traditional rear seat armrests. The main highlight of the 2025 Honda Livo is the fully digital instrument cluster that displays various information such as real-time mileage, ECO indicator, distance remaining (DTE), maintenance due indicator, and gear indicator.
Other notable additions include side stand sensors with engine cut-off functionality. Component-wise, we still use the same RSU telescopic front forks, dual rear shock absorbers, 18-inch alloy wheels, 80/100 tires and CBS (combined braking system).
Powertrain-wise, we get the same 109.51cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine capable of producing 8.7 bhp of peak power at 7,500 RPM and 9.3 Nm of peak torque at 5,500 RPM, mated to a 4-speed gearbox. The powertrain is also now OBD2B compliant, like most new motorcycles in this segment.
