2025 Honda Livo launched in India, OBD-2B compliant

Honda has launched the 2025 Livo in India at a price of Rs 83,080 (ex-showroom) and it is now OBD-2B (on-board diagnostics) compliant. This update ensures that the motorcycle complies with the latest emission standards and complies with environmental regulations. The Livo continues to offer a practical and fuel-efficient engine, making it a reliable choice for daily commuting. 2025 Honda Livo: Models and Prices

The Honda Livo still comes in two models: drum and disc. However, with the 2025 update, the two-wheeler manufacturer has increased the prices of both versions.

The base-spec model is priced at Rs 83,080, while the top-spec Disc model is priced at Rs 85,878. Both prices mentioned above are ex-showroom.

2025 Honda Livo: Exterior updates

The 2025 Honda Livo features a redesigned aesthetic that includes a stronger fuel tank and a chiseled tank guard. Additionally, it introduces three new paint jobs and updated body graphics: Pearl Siren Blue, Pearl Fire Black with orange accents, and Pearl Fire Black with blue accents.

A key highlight of the new Livo is its fully digital instrument cluster, which provides vital information such as an ECO indicator for efficient riding, remaining energy (DTE) readout, real-time mileage, maintenance reminders and gear indicators. Other features include a 657mm long single seat, RSU telescopic forks, Combined Braking System (CBS), five-stage adjustable rear shock absorbers, low-maintenance 4Ah battery, viscous air filter, sealed chain and tubeless tyres. These enhancements are designed to make riding more convenient and enjoyable.

2025 Honda Civic: Engine

Powering the Honda Livo is a 109.51cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine that delivers maximum power of 8.7bhp at 7,500rpm and peak torque of 9.3Nm at 5,500rpm, mated to a four-speed gearbox for seamless performance.

The Honda model has many competitors in the market, including Hero Splendor XTEC, TVS Star City Plus, Bajaj Platina 110 and Hero Passion Pro.
