
The Facelift for 2025 Kia Carens has been in the works for a while. Its official release date has yet to be announced, although an updated version may hit roads later this year. The compact MPV is expected to receive minor design changes, while its interior will undergo a major overhaul. No changes are expected under the hood.

The interior of the new Kia Karens is likely to come with a new steering wheel, new trim and seat upholstery. One of the major upgrades could come in the form of a 30-inch Trinity panoramic display Kia Syros. The setup includes a 12.3-inch HD touchscreen infotainment system, 12-inch instrument cluster and 5-inch fully automatic AC control display.
To increase its safety level, Kia may equip the New Carens with Level 1 ADA (Advanced Driver Assistance System). The package may offer features like adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring system, emergency braking, and more. The MPV may also come with a 360-degree camera. The rest of the features will be carried over from the former racing car.

Improved styling
The new 2025 Kia Carens Facelift is likely to get a newly designed front grille, revised headlights, front and rear bumpers and new 5-spoke alloy wheels. The carmaker may offer some new color schemes with this update. Dimensively, the compact MPV will remain unchanged, measuring 4,540mm in length, 1,800mm in width and 1,700mm in height – 1,708mm in height.
Same engine plastic box combination
The new Karens will continue to use the existing 115PS, 1.5L naturally aspirated petrol, 160PS, 1.5L turbocharged petrol and 116PS, 1.5L diesel engines. Transmissions will also be carried over from the current model and include a 6-speed manual, 6-speed automatic, 6-speed IMT and 7-speed DCT.
New Kia Cullens electric car
The Korean automaker is also developing the Carens EV, which is expected to arrive by the end of this year. Official details are still under the package. However, the compact MPV is likely to get a 51.4kWh battery pack from the new Hyundai Creta Electric.
