- The updated LC model features new front and rear floor supports that enhance overall handling.
- Lexus’ 5.0-liter naturally aspirated V8 engine continues to power the most powerful LC model.
- For those looking for improved fuel efficiency, there’s still the option of a 3.5-liter V6 hybrid.
Sure, the Lexus LC hasn’t had any major updates since 2017, but it still stands out as one of the few truly beautiful sports cars still available for purchase. Now, for the 2025 model year, Lexus has introduced a series of subtle updates to coupe and convertible models to ensure the LC remains competitive.
Modification starts with the LC 500 and LC 500h Coupe. Both models now come standard with additional front and rear floor supports for added rigidity, which will have a positive impact on the car’s handling. Lexus has also added a new color option called “Iridium,” which means the LC is now available in nine exterior colors: Ultrasonic Blue, Mica 2.0, Copper Crest, Cavier, Cloudburst Grey, Iridium, Ultra White, Infrared, Flare yellow and seaweed green pearls.

Some minor tweaks have been made to the cabin. For example, the passenger seat panel is now upholstered in Alcantara, and carbon fiber scuff plates can be added to LC 500h models with the available Sport Package. Available interior color schemes include black, toasted caramel and Rioja red.
Like the Coupe, the updated LC 500 can be finished in Iridium and configured via the Bespoke Build program. This allows owners of the coupe and convertible to customize their vehicles with a range of special elements, including a carbon fiber roof, black 21-inch forged wheels, dark chrome trim and neck heaters. The custom build package also adds white and blue interior options. The convertible can also be had with a red or blue soft top via a custom build package.
2025 Lexus LC 500 Convertible
All flagship LC 500 Coupe and Convertible models are powered by the brand’s beloved 5.0-liter naturally aspirated V8 engine. Like its predecessor, this engine continues to deliver 471 horsepower at 7,100 rpm and 398 lb-ft (540 Nm) of torque at 4,800 rpm, and comes standard with a ten-speed automatic transmission. The LC 500h retains the 3.5-liter V6 engine, which works with an electric motor to deliver 354 horsepower.
The updated 2025 Lexus LC lineup starts at $100,425 for the LC 500, $103,575 for the LC 500h, and $107,625 for the convertible. These MSRPs include $1,175 delivery, processing and handling charges.
