2025 mg Astor launches – 12.5 panoramic sunroof of Rs

JSW MG Motor India launches my 2025 Astor Midsize SUV starting at Rs 999 crore (ex-showroom). The 2025 mg Astor was touted as a “blockbuster SUV” and received some feature upgrades, with a slight price increase. Now, the new Shine variant comes with Panoramic sunroof, priced under Rs 12.5 lakhmaking it the only vehicle in its category to offer a large sunroof at a reasonable price. Additionally, the automaker offers ivory leather seats and 6 airbags.

Several new features:

The 2025 mg ASTOR now has over 50 safety features, with Level 2 ADA (Advanced Driver Assistance System) as the main highlight. The safety kit offers automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist and more. MG upgraded its 6-speaker audio system.

The updated MG ASTOR also features wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless phone charger, automatic dimming IRVM, updated I-Smart 2.0 system with over 80 connections, voice recognition and ventilated front seats.

Jio Voice Recognition has more natural voice commands, allowing users to access weather updates, real-color cricket updates, horoscope transportation, and more. The new MG ASTOR also gets digital keys and anti-theft capabilities.

Same engine:

No mechanical changes were made. The 2025 mg ASTOR has the same 1.5-liter naturally aspirated petrol and 1.3-liter turbocharged petrol engine, with the power requested at 110bhp and 140bhp, respectively. The 1.5L NA engine is available with a manual and a CVT automatic transmission, while the 1.3L motor is paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission.
