Triumph has finally launched the updated Speed Twin 900 in India, priced at Rs 8.89 lakh ex-showroom. While the engine remains unchanged, the bike is now suspended at the front via a Marzocchi upside-down (USD) fork, which replaces the previous gaiter-style telescopic setup. It has dual Marzocchi piggyback shocks at the rear with adjustable preload. To improve braking performance, the Triumph Speed Twin 900 now features radial calipers bearing the iconic Triumph logo, paired with larger 320mm discs, replacing the axial Brembo calipers and 310mm discs on the previous model. It has the same 100/90-18 front and 150/70-R17 rear wheels, but with the added benefit of Michelin Road Classic tires. Read on for more details.
2025 Triumph Speed Twin 900: What’s new?
The 2025 model has a sportier and more sophisticated look, closely related to the sleek design language of its larger sibling, the Speed Twin 1200. A muscular tank with sculpted side panels improves the bike’s sporty stance, while a slim LED headlight with sharp daytime running lights gives the front end a modern, edgy look. A streamlined engine casing, shorter fenders and shorter exhaust pipes accentuate the cleaner, more modern silhouette.

In its new incarnation, the Triumph Roadster comes in three eye-catching paint options: Pure White with bold orange and blue stripes, Aluminum Silver with red highlights around the Triumph logo, and Dark Gray stripes with gold Decorated in Phantom Black.
In addition to the cosmetic updates, the Triumph Speed Twin 900 also features significant ergonomic improvements. For example, the seat height has been increased from 765 mm to 780 mm. However, riders looking for a lower stance can opt for the optional seat accessory, which lowers the seat height to 760mm. The new Speed Twin 900 now features a TFT display instead of the previous single-pod digital analogue unit. This new display offers more detailed information, includes rider modes, and is compatible with optional heated grips and Bluetooth connectivity modules.
