The wait is almost over for Indian Triumph fans! The 2025 Speed Twin 900 was launched globally in October and will soon be launched here as well, as confirmed by a recent teaser posted on social media. After the revamp, the 2025 version looks sportier and more in sync with the sleeker design language of its larger sibling, the Speed Twin 1200. It has compact LED headlights with stylish DRLs, a solid fuel tank with sculpted side panels, streamlined engine housing, shorter fenders and exhaust pipes. As for colors, Triumph offers the revised Speed Twin 900 in three attractive options: pure white with orange and blue stripes, Phantom Black with dark gray stripes and gold highlights, and red-accented Triumph logos of aluminum silver. Read on to find out what more the updated model has to offer.
2025 Triumph Speed Twin 900: What’s new?
The most significant enhancements are in hardware and functionality. On the suspension front, the updated Speed Twin 900 now features Marzocchi upside-down (USD) forks at the front, replacing the previous telescopic forks with leg guards. At the rear, it features twin Marzocchi piggyback shocks that offer preload adjustment for improved ride customization.
Another key upgrade is the addition of Triumph-badged radial calipers and larger 320mm discs, replacing the previous axial Brembo calipers and 310mm discs, resulting in better braking performance. The Speed Twin 900 retains the 100/90-18 front and 150/70-R17 rear wheels, but now comes with Michelin Road Classic tires.

In terms of ergonomics, the seat height of the Triumph Speed Twin 900 has been increased from 765mm to 780mm. However, the optional low seat accessory reduces the height to 760mm for riders looking for a lower stance. The updated Speed Twin 900 now features a TFT display, replacing the previous single-pod digital analog screen. The updated screen works with the optional heated grips and Bluetooth connectivity module and provides more detailed information, including rider modes.
Other key features include reduced rear wheel travel (from 120mm to 110mm), selectable cruise control, tilt-sensitive road and rain riding modes and optimized cornering ABS and traction control (standard).
2025 Triumph Speed Twin 900: Engine
The updated bike is powered by the same 900cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine producing 64bhp at 7,500rpm and 80Nm at 3,800rpm, mated to a 5-speed gearbox.
