BMW X6M | Modesta glass coating

This BMW X6M has been through some new car protection and looks better than new. When buying a new car, dealers will often try to sell you on their long-term paint sealant or interior warranty, but if you really want the best, come to us.

The car received some paint protection film on the heavily worn areas, and then the entire car was coated with Modesta Glass Coating. With a 10-year warranty, all the owner has to do now is enjoy driving!

We pay special attention to those areas that are most susceptible to getting dirty and are often overlooked in most washes. This means the wheels, brake calipers and wheel wells.

After washing and de-smudgeing the car, we begin the paint restoration process. We inspect each panel, looking for scratches, swirls, and imperfections in the paint that can be removed with compounds and polishes.

These shiny black columns are notorious for being easily scratched. Our solution was to sand them to perfection and wrap them with XPEL Ultimate Paint Protection Film. This film will protect the columns and even has self-healing properties.

Modesta is then applied by hand, ensuring every inch of paint, trim and glass is covered. The wheels and calipers are sprayed to ensure the best and most even coverage.

Each panel is baked for 15 minutes to fully cure the Modesta and give it a hard, “glass-like” shell.
