JSW MG Motor has increased the prices of several ZS EV models in India. While the Executive and Excite Pro models retain the same pricing, the Essence Dark Gray model now costs Rs 32,000 more. On the other hand, the 100 Years Edition and Essence two-tone Iconic Ivory editions are priced higher by Rs 31,000 each. Additionally, the Exclusive Plus dark gray and Exclusive Plus two-tone signature ivory models are priced higher at Rs 30,200 and Rs 30,000 respectively. MG ZS EV: Powertrain
MG’s electric SUV is powered by a single 50.3kWh lithium-ion battery and an electric motor that produces 174bhp and 280Nm. It can be charged from 0% to 100% in about 9 hours using a 7.4 kW AC charger. However, a 0-80% charging time can be achieved in just 60 minutes using a 50kW DC fast charger. In terms of cruising range, according to ARAI certification, MG cars can travel 461 kilometers on a single charge.
MG ZS EV: features and colors
The MG electric SUV is available in four colors: candy white, starry sky black, aurora silver and glazed red. The 100 Years Limited Edition model is available in a unique British Racing Green colour. In terms of configuration, this SUV includes a fully digital instrument panel with a 7.0-inch integrated LCD screen, a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, automatic air conditioning with rear air conditioning vents, a 360-degree camera with rear parking sensors, and an electronic stability control system. , tire pressure monitoring system, hill descent control system and six airbags.

Other highlights
MG recently launched the ES5 electric SUV, which is speculated to be a direct replacement for the ZS EV sold in several markets, including India. The small electric SUV measures 4,476 mm in length, 1,849 mm in width and 1,621 mm in height. The wheelbase is 2730mm, which is 145mm longer than the ZS EV. The car has a claimed top speed of 170 km/h and a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 8 seconds. It is powered by MG’s modular scalable platform, also known as Nebula.
