- This deal is only available to buyers in the Northeast, South, and Central United States.
- Dodge has confirmed that new electric vehicles will come with a full $7,500 tax credit when leasing.
While the jury is still out on whether Dodge is rushing an all-electric muscle car before the market is ready, the Stellantis is already available in four available colors: Peelout (orange), Diamond Black, White Knuckle, and Bludicrous. Previously, it was believed that the new Charger Daytona would only be available in three colors when it went on sale: Diamond Black, Triple Nickel and Knuckle White, but now the plans appear to have changed.
Meanwhile, Stellantis has announced a new financing deal that might entice power-hungry enthusiasts to get behind the wheel of the new electric muscle car rather than wait until next summer (or fall), when the turbocharged inline engine An ICE powered version will be available. Six engines are expected to reach dealers.
A recent announcement sent to dealers shows that buyers in the Northeast, South and Central United States can get the keys to a new electric vehicle with 0% financing for up to 72 months. The promotion only runs until December 2, is a standalone offer, cannot be combined with other incentives, and only those with above-average credit are eligible. Additionally, it’s unclear whether people living on the West Coast will be able to take advantage of the agreement.

It’s worth noting, however, that Dodge has yet to confirm whether the Charger Daytona will qualify for the $7,500 electric vehicle tax credit upon purchase. What we do know is that it qualifies for full credit when leasing, which means it might be a better option for some people.
Additionally, Stellantis announced in October that 2024 Charger Daytona models will be eligible for a $1,000 loyalty discount for customers returning leased Dodge vehicles. As Cars Direct points out, the automaker has yet to reveal how much it will cost to lease the electric muscle car.

Those interested in buying a Dodge outright will need to spend $61,590 for the entry-level R/T model. This version delivers 496 horsepower and 404 pound-feet (548 Nm) of torque, which is more than powerful enough for most buyers. For those looking for more power, the Daytona Charger is also available in Scat Pack configuration, which increases output to 670 horsepower and 627 pound-feet (850 Nm). Starting at $75,185, it’s pricey, but the performance backs it up. The Scat Pack accelerates to 60 mph (96 km/h) in just 3.3 seconds and covers the quarter mile in 11.5 seconds.
Unfortunately, with production of the electric car not having begun as of last week, buyers will have to wait longer than initially expected to get their hands on one.
