MG Motor will join a growing list of carmakers, including Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai and Mahindra, which will increase prices of their models from January 2025. Customers interested in purchasing the Comet, Hector, Astor and Gloster will see price increases of up to 3% compared to ex-showroom prices. As part of the JSW Group, MG currently offers seven models in India. The company plans to launch the Cyberster under its new ‘MG Select’ sub-brand in January 2025, marking a bold leap in its electric vehicle ambitions. MG Cyberster: Key Highlights
The design of the MG Cyberster features a sleek, aerodynamic front end with an elegantly contoured front end, angular swept-back headlights and a sculpted bumper with large air intakes, giving it a Fierce, performance-driven looks. Other highlights include electric scissor doors, 20-inch petal-shaped alloys, a fabric soft top, arrow-shaped taillights, a full-width LED light bar and an aggressive split diffuser.

Inside, the MG Cyberster features three digital displays, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, seamless 5G connectivity, ventilated seats, wireless charging, dual-zone climate control and a premium Bose audio system. The car also features advanced technologies such as regenerative braking, multiple airbags, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip, and Level-2 ADAS.
Globally, the MG Cyberster is available in two configurations. The base model is powered by a single rear-axle motor producing 340bhp and 475Nm, paired with a 64kWh battery. The top-spec model, on the other hand, comes with dual electric motors and a 77kWh battery, delivering a combined power of 544bhp and 725Nm.
