Here, Anytra shares why she loves serving at the IAEE Expo! Expo! Advisory Board and what she is most looking forward to about the Expo! Expo! The IAEE 2024 Annual Meeting and Exhibition will be held December 16-19 in Los Angeles, California.
What motivates you to attend the IAEE Expo! Expo! Advisory Board, what do you hope to accomplish through your service?
Attend the IAEE Expo! Expo! The Advisory Board is driven by a deep passion for the events industry and a commitment to promoting innovation and excellence. At Freeman, I’ve seen firsthand the transformative power of well-planned events in bringing people together, driving business growth and creating unforgettable experiences.
Ultimately, I am grateful for the opportunity to give back to the community that has given me so much. By sharing my knowledge and expertise, I hope to inspire others and help pave the way for the next generation of event professionals.
In your opinion, what are the biggest challenges facing the exhibition and events industry today, and how Expo attendees are addressing them! Expo! Learn to solve these problems?
Today’s exhibition and events industry faces multiple opportunities, including rapid technological advances, changing attendee expectations and the need for sustainable practices. At the Expo! Expo! Attendees can learn to solve these problems by networking with industry experts, participating in hands-on workshops, and exploring innovative solutions showcased by exhibitors. By staying up to date on the latest trends and best practices, attendees can better address these challenges and move the industry forward.
How do you leverage your experience as an exhibition ambassador during the Expo! Expo! Gather insights and improve future campaigns?
As a display ambassador for the Expo! Expo! I interact with attendees, exhibitors, and industry experts to gather insights. By attending conferences and networking events, I can identify trends and gather feedback. This helps refine our strategy and improve future events.
As an industry supplier, what do you think is the biggest gain from participating in the expo? Expo! ?
Networking with key industry players is key. The biggest gain for those who participate in the Expo! Expo! Includes opportunities to gain valuable insights from expert-led sessions. Attendees can also explore new products and services to enhance their business operations and stay ahead of the competition. The event provides a platform to learn, collaborate and grow.
What are you most looking forward to at this year’s CIIE? Expo! In Los Angeles?
This is a simple answer. I was born and raised in Los Angeles, so I’m happy to be back in my hometown and very excited about the IAEE’s programs. There will be a vibrant atmosphere and the opportunity to explore new products and services that can enhance our business operations is always exciting.
