Royal Enfield plans to launch an exciting range of motorcycles from 440cc to 750cc in 2025 to cater to different riding preferences and expand its product portfolio

Royal Enfield follows a strategy of four launches per year. For 2024, the most notable new launches are the Shotgun 650, Guerrilla 450, Classic Goan 350, and Interceptor Bear 650. We also saw an update to the Classic 350, which now gets more features in the MY24 version. But what could be Royal Enfield’s next set of launches in 2025? Let’s take a look.

1.Emergency stop 440

Royal Enfield recently showcased the Scram 440, a replacement for the much-loved Scram 411. The Scram 440 is powered by a 443cc single-cylinder engine, which is a larger-bore version of the 411cc engine. It produces a peak power of 25.4 bhp and a peak torque of 34 Nm, mated to a new 6-speed gearbox. It may be launched in 2025 to compete with Hero-Harley’s 440cc bike.

2. Himalayan 450 Rally

Spied testing recently, the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 Rally Edition is designed to bring visual and functional advantages over the current model. There’s a new exhaust end can as well as some revised bodywork. We expect the motorcycle to get feature upgrades such as fully adjustable front suspension (compression and rebound) and rear suspension (rebound and preload).

3. Classic 650

The Classic 650, which made its debut recently, is one of the most anticipated motorcycles launched by Royal Enfield. The company expects to launch this product in 2025, providing all existing Classic 350 customers with a solid upgrade while still looking as beautiful and timeless as the Classic 350. It is powered by the same 648cc parallel-twin engine with 46.3 bhp and 52.3 Nm, mated to a 6-speed gearbox.

Like the Classic 650, Royal Enfield is also testing the iconic Bullet 650 Twin motorcycle. Just like the Classic 650, the Bullet 650 has an almost identical design to the Bullet 350, but is proportionally enlarged to look like a 650cc product. It will use similar components and powertrains to the Classic 650, but with a unique body reminiscent of the iconic Bullet 350.

5. Interceptor 750

There are rumors that Royal Enfield is building a new 750cc platform. This is a larger bore version of the current 650cc unit. We’ve already seen an Interceptor 750 test mule available to test the new engine. It will be the most powerful Royal Enfield production motorcycle and will feature a twin disc setup at the front for extra braking power.

6. Continental GT 750

Just like the Interceptor 750 test mule, we saw a Continental GT 750 test mule with a similar dual-disc brake setup up front. Additionally, we can also see a new Cafe Racer style half fairing on this Continental GT 750 test mule along with alloy wheels and tubeless tyres. The performance ceiling of this new engine is likely to be over 55 bhp and 65 Nm.

7. Himalayan 750

Initially speculated to be the Himalayan 650, a twin disc brake setup at the front of the spy test mule suggests Royal Enfield is building a 750cc ADV. The Himalayan 750 is more of a touring-focused ADV, with a semi-fairing for wind protection, and 19-inch front and 17-inch rear spoked wheels.
