The annual show attracts attendees from more than 60 countries, 1,000 hours of programming and more than 400 exhibitors
Los Angeles (July 22, 2024) – Anime Expo celebrates its 33rd anniversary at the Los Angeles Convention Center, bringing together fans and industry professionals from around the world for North America’s largest celebration of Japanese pop culture. The four-day convention, hosted by the Japan Animation Promotion Association (SPJA), was a sell-out event with more than 407,000 visitors from more than 64 countries coming to Los Angeles and is expected to have an economic impact of more than $100 million for area hotels and businesses. . Anime Expo 2025 will return to the Los Angeles Convention Center from July 3-6, with 4-day badges for the event going on sale in early 2025.

AX 2024 hosts a variety of world-renowned guests from iconic leaders in Japanese animation, comics, music, fashion, video games and more, blockbuster premieres, interactive industry panels and more.
