Allison Inn & Spa

The famous luxury resort in the Willamette Valley, Oregon, Allison Inn & SpaIt unveiled its first major refresh since its opening in 2009. Focusing on its reputation as a “living room in the valley”, the renovation tool strategically implements elements to expand the warmth of the property and emphasizes modern style to emphasize the comfort of luxury.

Upon arrival, guests will feel the transformation of the property’s social space. The space has been linked to the land from the very beginning, with abundant woods, painted metal and natural stones. Redesigned with soft neutral, sage, burgundy and blush tones in new fabrics and fixtures to reflect native flora and fauna. The private seating vignette encourages social connections for every visitor, whether it’s gathering on the 12,000 square feet of the functional space or staying in one of the 85 guest rooms.

But the renovated Crown Jewelry is the debut of the new tasting menu concept of the property’s award-winning restaurant Joy’s award-winning restaurant Joy, led by James Beard-nominated Executive Chef Jack Jack Strong. Now for the exclusive dinner tasting menu experience, Jory offers guests the option to choose between four, five or seven courses, all of which are seasonal specialties. At the highest peak of this transformation is the new local food experience, a carefully curated nine-course course that travels through the Indigenous culinary heritage and America of the Pacific Northwest and has a modern flavour, held in the exclusive private dining room of the restaurant called the Chef’s Table.

In the newly opened space in downtown New York, combining restaurants with immersive entertainment, Planet Hollywood New Yorkbrings guests into the charm of old Hollywood with a futuristic technological twist.

On two flexible floors, the venue spans 17,500 square feet of each floor, seats 3,750 guests, or 175 guests sitting in a seated dinner. A 360-degree high-definition video canopy displays the 8K resolution video surface. Planners can change the visuals to fit their event themes, adding logos, videos, brand content and dynamic images to immerse guests in a unique space. It also provides personalized decoration and dedicated branding opportunities on digital displays.

The venue itself is a thriving example, with custom themes and immersed in a hand-picked atmosphere to suit the needs and goals of any party. More integrated AV technology includes state-of-the-art sound systems, ultra-high positioning 4K displays with strategic positioning to optimize audience immersion and support from field technicians. Planners can even incorporate live broadcast and interactive presentation tools and customize lighting. The outstanding ability of dining will continue to use personalized menus and flexible beverage packages.
