Cixi Convention and Exhibition Center is located on the south bank of the “world’s longest sea bridge-Hangzhou Bay Sea Bridge”. The Convention and Exhibition Center was built with an investment of 220 million yuan by the Cixi Municipal People’s Government. The convention and exhibition center is divided into upper and lower floors and can accommodate more than 1,000 standard booths. The business office building is a 15-story oblique cone building with a total height of 116 meters. In addition, the business conference building is 116 meters high and is currently the tallest building in Cixi City. Its appearance is a cone, shaped like a leaning tower, and its shape is novel and unique. .

In order to reinforce the openness and accessibility of this public building, a gathering place and a pool with a musical fountain were also built around the convention and exhibition center.
