The German tuner has announced two new versions of the super sedan, called the RS7-LE and RS7-S

- Audi’s 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 now produces 710 horsepower and 700 pound-feet of torque.
- ABT’s modifications include height-adjustable springs and new wheels to improve handling and style.
- Carbon fiber add-ons complement the performance upgrades.
The Audi RS7 Sportback is one of the last great high-performance super sedans to come with a combustion engine, but every car can get better, so ABT has just launched a series of new upgrades. In addition to improving the car’s performance, these changes also make the car look more gorgeous, but not overly so.
Starting on the performance front, the 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine has been tweaked, with horsepower increased from 621 to 710 hp and torque from 627 lb-ft (850 Nm) to 700 lb-ft (949 Nm). These results were achieved by installing an ABT engine control unit and a stainless steel exhaust with electronically regulated exhaust valves.

Although the current RS7 has been around for quite some time, we think it still looks great, and ABT’s changes make it look even better. They start at the front end, where a new carbon fiber splitter is installed, along with optional new black air intakes that are slightly larger than the standard ones. These new air intakes are only available on the RS7 Legacy Edition, not the slightly tighter RS7-S ABT which is also available.
Elsewhere, the German tuner has given the car new carbon fiber side skirts. The Heritage Edition model also features carbon vents on the front side panels, carbon vents on the bonnet, and a fixed carbon fiber rear spoiler. The RS7-S is more subtle, ditching the spoiler in favor of a small carbon fiber lip. It’s also missing quarter-panel vents.
ABT has also created a new set of 22-inch forged wheels for both RS7 packages, both available in gloss black or dark smoked finishes. Both the RS7 Legacy Edition and RS7-S feature height-adjustable springs, shock absorbers and new anti-roll bars that are 40% stiffer than the standard unit.
No ABT project would be complete without some interior upgrades, so ABT installed a new shift knob cover, carbon fiber trim, and new paddle shifters.
