Aprilia Tuono 457 features 457 cc parallel-twin engine from RS 457; likely to be launched next month
The Aprilia Tuono 457 made its world premiere at the EICMA 2024 event in Italy and is expected to arrive in India as early as January 2025 and is likely to appear at the Bharat Mobile Global Expo in New Delhi. Built on the same twin-spar aluminum chassis as the popular RS 457, the Tuono 457 stands out with a bold and unique streetfighter design that exudes a strong urban feel.
The Aprilia Tuono 457 features sharp, minimalist bodywork and eye-catching boomerang-style LED daytime running lights that add a fierce and aggressive feel to its appearance. Its sculpted fuel tank extension further enhances its muscular look, while a redesigned rear highlights its street-fighter character.
Given the competitive pricing strategy adopted by the RS 457 in India, the Tuono 457 is likely to follow a similar strategy, making it an attractive option for performance-focused riders. It is expected to be launched with a starting price of around Rs. 3.75 Lakhs (ex-showroom), priced at Rs. 35,000 less than the same model RS 457.
