A Bentley dealership in California has teamed up with the Mulliner Bespoke Studio to create four special Continental GT Speed convertibles for its most discerning customers. These four vehicles are part of the Textured Expression series.

Dealer Bentley Rancho Mirage is located in the desert resort city and its surrounding areas, including the Coachella Valley and towering mountains, which served as inspiration for the vehicle. All four products feature a unique satin paint from the Mulliner palette, with each paint job taking 55 hours to complete.

One of the quartet is bathed in peacock blue, a color inspired by the region’s night skies. It also features multiple areas covered in Satin Carbon Fiber, Electric Blue and Peacock Blue. This eye-catching theme continues into the cabin, which includes Peacock Blue, Electric Blue pinstripes and slate finishes.

Another car in the range is inspired by the nearby sand dunes and is finished in Ghost White Pearl Satin paint with tungsten wheels and Silver Storm pinstripes. The seats also feature custom quilting. Perhaps the highlight of the model is the tonneau cover, with a pattern inspired by desert dunes. Bentley said it took hundreds of hours to create.

The range also includes a Continental GT Speed convertible in Havana Satin paint. It also has a unique tonneau cover, although it features a topographical map of Death Valley, California. The map is also engraved on the floor mat. Bentley’s designers also added copperstone veneer and bronze pinstriping to the interior. The final car was finished in British Racing Green satin paint.

“We hope the expression of the Texture Collection will inspire customers to explore the full range of possibilities available in Mulliner’s bespoke studios. At Mulliner, our goal is to inspire possibilities beyond their imagination,” said David Parker, chief commercial officer at Mulliner.
