Bharat Mobility Expo 2025: Maruti Suzuki debuts the e-Vitara at the Indian Auto Expo 2025. Production will start at Suzuki’s Gujarat plant and is planned to be sold to Europe, India and Japan soon. The e-Vitara is based on the eVX concept, which was first showcased at the 2023 Auto Expo. It uses the “Heartect-e” platform developed in partnership with Toyota.
