Bharat Mobile Expo 2025: TVS Motor showcased the updated Ronin at India’s premier automotive event, Bharat Mobile Expo. The revamped cruiser will replace the existing model when it’s released in the coming months, with a slight price increase. For those who are unaware, the famous two-wheeler manufacturer launched the 2025 version of the mid-spec DS variant of the Ronin at the TVS MotoSoul 2024 event. However, pricing details for this model were not revealed at the time. A highlight is the use of dual-channel ABS, which greatly improves braking efficiency, enhances controllability, and improves stability under various road conditions, ensuring a safer and more exciting riding experience. It’s worth noting that this premium feature is limited to the mid-size version.
2025 TVS Ronin: Color options and graphics
This updated version introduces new dual-channel ABS and fresh color options, replacing the previous Delta Blue and Stargaze Black shades. Two new paint finishes, Glacier Silver and Charcoal Gray, offer unique visual appeal. Charcoal Ash embellishes the fuel tank, side panels and rear end with its vibrant blue color.

In contrast, Glacier Silver has a more understated style, with bright orange stripes on the tank and side panels adding a touch of boldness to its sophisticated look.
New TVS Ronin: Engine and gearbox
The Ronin’s mechanical setup remains unchanged, with a 225.9cc single-cylinder four-valve engine with air and oil cooling. It produces maximum power of 20bhp at 7,750rpm and peak torque of 19.93Nm at 3,750rpm, mated to a five-speed gearbox with assist and slipper clutches.
2025 TVS Ronin: Hardware Setup
The suspension system includes a 41mm inverted fork at the front and a rear monoshock with seven levels of preload adjustability. Braking configuration includes 300mm front disc and 240mm rear disc. Talking about competitors, it competes with models like Royal Enfield Hunter 350, Jawa 42, and Kawasaki W175.
2025 TVS Ronin: Riding Aid
The Ronin features an LCD instrument panel that provides basic information such as speed, engine rpm and gear shift indicator. It also integrates the SmartXonnect system, allowing Bluetooth connectivity with smartphones for call reminders, battery updates, signal strength and route navigation.

Other notable features include three-stage adjustable brake and clutch levers, coasting traffic technology and a side stand engine cutout mechanism.
