Bharat Mobile Expo 2025: Tata Harrier, Safari Bandipur

Bharat Mobility Expo 2025: Tata Motors expanded its national park-themed vehicle lineup with the launch of the new Bandipur editions of Harrier and Safari at the Auto Expo 2025. The Indian manufacturer also showcased the Bandipur version of Nexon.ev. Inspired by the Bandipur National Park, famous for its large population of elephants, these versions feature unique exterior colors and matching interior themes while maintaining the same engine and performance specifications. This is not the first time that Tata Motors has launched a national park-themed special edition. Earlier, the company launched Kaziranga versions of Harrier, Safari and Nexon in India.

New Tata Harrier Bandipur Edition: Design

Famous for its tigers and elephants, Bandipur National Park is a top destination for wildlife lovers and photographers. It has the second largest tiger population in India, making it a must-visit wildlife sanctuary.

The Bandipur edition of Harrier and Safari builds on its rugged design with a new dual-tone color scheme. These special SUVs feature unique fender badges and contrasting design elements that add a unique identity to the vehicle

New Tata Harrier, Safari Bandipur Edition: Interiors

The Harrier and Safari Bandipur editions feature a new cabin design with an updated dashboard and interior trim and exclusive headrest badges. It retains key features of the standard SUV, including a 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen, ventilated front seats, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, paddle shifters, dual-zone climate control, terrain mode, connected car technology, 10-speaker JBL audio system, digital instrument cluster, wireless charging, panoramic sunroof, power tailgate and electronically adjustable driver’s seat.

Advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), emergency call function, blind vision monitoring, electronic stability program (ESP), electronic parking brake with automatic hold function, hill hold control, 360-degree camera, front and rear parking sensors and hill descent assist system to ensure a safe and reliable driving experience.

New Tata Harrier Bandipur Edition: Powertrain

The Harrier Bandipur Edition is powered by a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder turbodiesel engine that produces 168 hp and 350 Nm of torque. The engine is available with either a 6-speed manual transmission or a 6-speed automatic transmission.

The Safari Bandipur Edition retains the same 2.0-litre diesel engine that delivers 168 bhp and 350 Nm of torque. Like the Harrier, it is available in 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic transmission options.
