BMW unveils most powerful hybrid yet: BMW M5

Recently, BMW launched the M5 in India, which is the most powerful M-series hybrid model to date.

BMW has launched the seventh-generation M5 in India, priced at Rs 19.90 lakh (ex-showroom). The new model uses a plug-in hybrid V8 powertrain, making it the most powerful M5 yet. Notably, it is priced higher than the previous generation, which was launched in 2021 for Rs 162 crore.

The new M5 combines 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 engine It has an integrated electric motor inside eight-speed automatic transmission. The combined output provided by this setup 727 HP and 1,000Nm torque.
