A few weeks ago we took delivery of this BMW E92 M3 ready for a complete makeover. This project was particularly interesting because the client came to us with an open mind and not really knowing what he wanted done. What he did know was that the black paint was starting to look old and after owning the car for many years, it was time for some new color. We started by wrapping the exterior of the car in Avery Satin White Pearl, which is one of my personal favorite automotive colors. It’s classy, understated, and a color you don’t see every day. It accentuates the lines of the car perfectly, and the black and carbon fiber accents make the car look aggressive yet sophisticated. Summer is back in Chicago, which means it’s time for beaches, picnics, and car parties! While not at the beach, we were able to tick the other two boxes here at our Glenview shop this past weekend. 2025 BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe to adopt controversial
The 2025 BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe has been revealed from patent drawings and spy photos. The styling and interior updates will be heavily inspired by the 1 Series hatchback. Like the 1 Series, it will ride on an updated version of the existing platform. Although BMW calls the new 1 Series the hatchback's fourth generation, it's actually a substantially updated version of its predecessor. Ford EcoBoost court battle continues, judge upholds
Although Ford has issued a recall, it is still facing lawsuits regarding the 1.0-liter EcoBoost engine. The committee representing the plaintiffs is currently counseling owners of more Ford models with the same engine. The judge may still dismiss the case at a later stage. In late 2023, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration began investigating reports of a defect in Ford's 1.0-liter EcoBoost engines. As of January of this year, the automaker had recalled nearly 140,000 vehicles. The Tremor is the latest off-road-focused Ford Ranger in the Australian range, with the same chassis upgrades as the Wildtrak X Australia's Ranger Tremor is based on the Sport trim but adopts the off-road suspension and steering components of the Wildtrak X. The truck is powered by a 2.0-liter twin-turbo diesel engine mated to an all-wheel drive system. Ford has launched the Ranger Tremor and its off-road upgrades in the Australian market, following its debut in New Zealand a year ago. The Ranger Tremor inherits the Wildtrak X's more robust suspension and steering system, combined with rugged styling and more durable cabin materials. Daihatsu Rocky Crossfield’s unpainted exterior makes its stunning debut
The revised version of the small SUV debuted at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Motor Show Daihatsu unveiled the Rocky Crossfield concept at the 2024 GIIAS. Modifications include unpainted bumpers, roof racks and all-terrain tires. The concept highlights the tuning potential of an urban SUV. The Daihatsu Rocky and Toyota Raize twins have been around since 2019, but that hasn't stopped the automaker from using them as the basis for a new and interesting concept. The Daihatsu Rocky Crossfield made its debut at the 2024 Gaikindo Indonesia International Motor Show, and several off-road modifications highlight the tuning potential of this subcompact SUV. Let's get started: Since the car is so new, very little paint restoration was needed.It all starts with thorough cleaning and decontamination, followed by light blending and buffing to bring the paint to flawless perfection.Once polishing is complete, you can start installing the paint protection film. All of our paint protection films are computer cut, giving us a perfect template every time. Once cut, the film is loosely taped and positioned to fit.
