CCRC Summer Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Prize draw entry time/sponsor: The CCRC Summer Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on June 24, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on July 22, 2024 (the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”). Sponsor: TN Marketing LLC (“Sponsor”), 2955 Xenium Ln N Suite 10, Plymouth, MN 55441. The Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Void where prohibited.

2. Eligibility:The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Sponsor, UP Auto and its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and anyone involved in the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and their immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as them are not eligible to enter or win.

3. How to participate:To be eligible for the Sweepstakes, all entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. To enter, go to the Classic Car Restoration Club Entry Form page URL, complete the Entry Form and submit. Only one (1) entry per person/email address during the Sweepstakes Entry Period; entries with duplicate email addresses or multiple entries using different email addresses of the same person will be disqualified. All entries and requests become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Tampered or altered entry materials/data, bulk entries, or entries generated by scripts, macros or use of automated devices will be void. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

4. Prizes:One (1) winner will receive two UP Auto headlights and a UP Auto hat (approximate retail value (ARV): $335.17).

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Winners are responsible for all local, state and federal taxes, if any. No substitutions or cash equivalents will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Prizes will be awarded to the individual who submitted the entry and are not transferable.

5. Winner Selection:The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received on or about July 27, 2024. The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

6. Notification of Winners: Potential winners will be notified via the email they provided at the time of entry. If a potential winner does not respond to the winner notification email (emails will be sent 3 times within 5 days), or the email is returned as undeliverable, or the entrant is found to be ineligible, did not provide the required information, or the selected winner is unable to accept or receive the prize for any reason, the potential winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entrants. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification procedures related to the selection of alternate winners. All decisions and results of Sponsor are final and binding. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission (unless prohibited by law) to use each winner’s name, prize won, winner’s town and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. UP Auto will ship the prize to the winner to the address provided in the release.

8. Name of winner:For the winner’s name (available within 30 days after the sweepstakes ends), send a self-addressed envelope with the winner’s name addressed to CCRC Summer Sweepstakes c/o TN Marketing LLC., 2955 Xenium Ln N Suite 10, Plymouth, MN 55441 within 90 days after the sweepstakes ends.
