With new prices starting at Rs 849 crore, Citroen Aircross SUV is the most affordable in its segment

After the Honda BR-V, Citroën has adopted the formula of offering a 7-seater package in the compact SUV (monofocal) segment. With the AirCross SUV, the company challenges the established players in this segment. Now, the company has launched the Citroen Aircross Explorer Edition, which combines a bunch of accessories for a limited time.

Even since its launch, Citroen India has had a tough journey in the Asian subcontinent. Strategies come with many falls and many falls. Once known as the Citroën C3 Aircross, the company is now calling it the AirCross SUV, dropping the C3 tag.

Citroen has launched the AirCross Explorer version during the festive season to boost sales and expand its market share in the compact SUV segment. This limited-edition AirCross SUV variant is the culmination of accessories curated by Citroën to appeal to SUV buyers and entice them to consider the competition.

Explorer Edition comes in two packages – standard and optional. Pricing varies. The standard package is priced at Rs 24,000 and the optional package is priced at Rs 51,700. The Citroen Aircross Explorer Edition is only available in Plus and Max trims.

When it comes to details, both standard and optional packages get illuminated door and window panels for a premium appeal, footlight lighting for a premium feel, and instrument panels to instill a sense of security and peace of mind in buyers. Feel.

Outside, the Citroën Aircross Explorer Edition with standard and optional packages offers an eye-catching bonnet (bonnet) garnish, bold body decals and Khaki color inserts for a rugged look and appeal. On top of these accessories, an optional package adds a rear-seat entertainment system with a dual-port adapter.

Apart from these features, the Citroën aircraft continues unchanged. The recently revised price started from Rs 849 crore. There are two powertrain options – a 1.2-litre Na petrol puretech 90 and a 1.2L turbocharged Puretech 110 unit. Both engines are 3-cylinder and transmission options include 5MT, 6MT and 6TC depending on the variant.
