Expected to open in 2027, Conrad Los Cabos A new era of luxury hotel and resort living is set to usher in Baja California Sur, Mexico, a stunning coastal destination known for its dramatic desert landscapes, pristine beaches and scenic mountains. The resort will offer 175 accommodations, including 111 spacious guest rooms, each with more than 500 square feet of interior space, more than 200 square feet of outdoor living space and a private plunge pool. For those looking for extra space and a unique experience, the 21 contemporary suites overlook the hotel’s golden sandy beaches and feature oversized plunge pools, making them ideal for VIP or extended stays. Additionally, 43 Conrad residences will feature two- to four-bedroom layouts, each designed with spacious terraces and outdoor living areas, providing the ultimate in resort-style living.
Prioritizing health and relaxation, the resort features a 3,000-square-foot spa with 10 treatment rooms and a state-of-the-art fitness center, five food and beverage venues including an all-day dining restaurant, specialty restaurants, a poolside bar and grill, and a beachfront bar and grill, and lobby bar with stunning sunset views.
Outdoor decks and lawns provide space for private events; the resort will also offer 500 square feet of meeting space.
Conrad hotel located in new golf resort community
Conrad Los Cabos will be located in Oleda Pacific Lifestyle & Golf Hotel— A new 860-acre oceanfront resort on the southern tip of Baja — home to the flagship of World Golf Hall of Famer Ernie Els’ first golf course in Mexico. Just 15 minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas, Oleada sits on a mile of vast golden sandy beach, with the Pacific Ocean and stunning desert landscape as its backdrop.
Hilton’s luxury residential properties, including the Conrad Residences, offer relaxed living where residents can take advantage of exclusive amenities such as in-home spa services, fitness coaches, personal concierge services, as well as personal chefs and event catering. Residents of Conrad Los Cabos will experience modern luxury resort living with an emphasis on personal style and flair as well as impeccable service, including a residential lounge.
With this signing, Hilton has reached nearly 15 new hotel deals across multiple brands and market segments in Mexico, further driving its multi-brand, multi-destination growth. In the luxury hotel sector, Hilton will welcome more than 10 boutique hotels in Mexico in 2024 through its global partnerships Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) is now available across all Hilton direct booking channels, including Hilton.com and the Hilton Honors app, giving guests more exclusive options in the country.
Hilton’s continued growth in Mexico builds on its momentum in the Caribbean and Latin America, where the company has more than 270 properties open and 135 properties in the region.
