Corporate & Sporting Events (CSE) plc has been named Event Management Company of the Year at the prestigious Midlands Trust Awards.

The Midlands Trust Awards recognize small and medium-sized businesses that have proven to be the best in their industry over the past 12 months. The awards follow a rigorous judging process where each company is assessed on excellence in service, product quality and/or service provided, Innovative practices, values, ethical or sustainable working methods, and consistency of performance.

Since its inception, CSE has successfully managed more than 750 corporate and sporting events, cementing its reputation and track record of delivering excellence in major events around the world.

CSE, whose dedicated offices are based at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games Stadium, prides itself on providing a range of logistical services for sporting events around the world and has a number of long-term partnerships with internationally recognized sporting bodies and private and public organizations including World Athletics, UCI, FINA, England Hockey, British Gymnastics, London Marathon and LTA.

Winning the Event Management Company of the Year award is an exciting time for the business, which has recently announced a renewed partnership with UK Athletics following a long and successful partnership with the sports body. Over the past 12 years growth has accelerated by more than 110% in just a few months alone.

CSE is also a finalist for Small Business of the Year at the West Midlands Business of the Year Awards and has been confirmed as the official accommodation provider for the International Hockey Federation Hockey Professional League in June this year and the World Athletics London Diamond League in July .
