The 35th China International Optical Industry Expo in 2024 will be held at China International Exhibition Center (Chaoyang Hall) from September 10 to 12, 2024. Public pre-registration for tickets is underway~
The Beijing International Optical Industry Fair (CIOF) was first held in Shanghai in 1985. In 1987, it changed its venue to Beijing, and was approved and supported by the then Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade of China (now the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China), and became the most professional official international eyewear industry exhibition in China. In 1997, the China Optical Association changed the English name of CIOF to “CHINA INTERNATIONAL OPTICS FAIR”, which showed the status of the exhibition at home and abroad and the participation and support of international optical industry traders.
The scale of CIOF continues to expand and increase in terms of area, exhibitors and visitors, which proves that the exhibition has established a solid position and influence in the industry. In order to meet the needs of the market and obtain the approval of relevant government departments, foreign enterprises can participate in the exhibition, display internationally renowned products, and allow more foreign buyers to come to visit and trade.
China is the world’s largest eyewear market, and its GDP continues to grow every year. Its population is increasingly wealthy, and there is a strong demand for new and fashionable eyewear products. CIOF aims to more effectively promote China’s first-class eyewear design concepts and innovative products.
At CIOF 2024, you can pay attention to the following aspects at conferences or forums on the innovation of eyewear store models:
Optical Retail Store Model Innovation: There will be a number of conferences and forums during the exhibition, some of which will involve optical retail store model innovation. These events may explore how to improve the efficiency and customer experience of eyewear retail through innovative business models and technologies, and how to remain competitive in a highly competitive market.
Lectures on the prevention and control of myopia in children and adolescents: Considering that the prevention and control of myopia in children and adolescents is a major issue of common interest to the whole society, related lectures may focus on how optical stores can provide better services and products in this area, and how to use education and prevention measures to improve the store’s social responsibility and market position.
Domestic and International Eyewear Industry Development Trends: These forums can discuss future trends in the eyewear industry, including how retail stores are adapting to digital transformation and how to use new technologies and data analytics to optimize inventory management, customer service, and marketing strategies.
New Optometry Product Launches: New product launches are often accompanied by new retail models and marketing strategies. These activities can provide insights into how to effectively introduce innovative products to the market and improve sales and customer satisfaction through retail store model innovation.
Please note that the specific schedule of conferences and forums may be updated prior to the exhibition, subject to on-site activities.
