
The two companies combine strengths and the United States will soon see one of its largest DMCs.
In the industry-shaping move, CSI DMC and 360 Destination Groups (360DGs) are being merged to form one of the largest DMCs in the United States. Currently, both companies will continue to operate as independent entities and unify them into a single brand by the end of 2025.
What to expect from mergers
This strategic move expands coverage and operates at 46 destinations across the country. It will combine a team of 360 employees and $200 million in revenue to bring customers deeper expertise and creativity, increased efficiency and simplified logistical execution. The industry brings together two industry leaders dedicated to enhancing customer experience and bringing innovative campaign solutions to redefine possibilities in destination management.
“This is really a game changer for the DMC industry… This merger is not just growth, but to further enhance what we deliver to our customers at every stage of the event planning process,” said Trevor Hanks, managing partner at 360DG.

As the merger proceeds, CSI DMC and 360DG will identify their focus on the merger advantages by enhancing customers’ products by enhancing their products, providing a smooth transition process for employees and customers.
