Hi everyone. Diego is usually to share his favorite vehicles with you here on AutoHunter, but this week I’m taking his place.
If you’re reading this right now, then you’ve probably dreamed of having a garage full of vehicles for every purpose and occasion. Maybe you’d have a luxury sedan for date night, a pickup truck for home improvements, and a sports coupe for commuting. That’s the idea behind the three vehicles I’ve hand-picked today on AutoHunter. The first is a sports car, the second is a convertible, and the third is a four-wheel drive SUV.
33K Miles 1989 Ferrari 348TB
Nothing says “Ferrari” like red paint, and nothing says “1980s Ferrari” like side panels. This 348TB has both of those things, plus some serious extras: a set of lightweight 18-inch magnesium wheels and a Tubi Style exhaust system.
As the name implies, this Prancing Horse has a 3.4-liter V8 behind its seats, connected to a gated five-speed manual transmission—another Ferrari specialty. What do the 33,100 miles on the odometer say? “Someone needs to buy this car and drive it fast.”
1969 Pontiac Firebird Convertible with 400 hp engine
It’s fun to zip around in an exotic sports car, but sometimes it’s nice to drive a convertible. It’s even better if you can drive an American classic, like this 1969 Pontiac Firebird. In addition to its attractive combination of new Carousel Red with a white soft top and Parchment Vinyl interior, it also has some serious mechanical upgrades.
The original 350ci V8 has been replaced by a 400, which is equipped with Holley Sniper fuel injection and nitrous oxide. Still can’t imagine yourself driving this Firebird? The video below should help.
1980 Jeep CJ-7 with 350 hp engine
There’s nothing like getting away from traffic and chain restaurants and going off-road in a rugged SUV. With this carbureted Chevy 350ci V8, you can escape the hustle and bustle of suburbia even faster. To ensure you don’t get stranded along the way, the vehicle is equipped with a winch, rock sliders, and a high-lift jack.
Thanks for checking out my AutoHunter Picks. Diego will be back next week with his latest picks.
