Are Dodge, and especially Challenger die-hards, really clamoring for a new Charger Daytona EV, or will they stick to an ICE model next year with an inline-six turbo? It remains to be seen whether Dodge is jumping into the electric muscle car space too soon, or whether it will reap the benefits of being first. Currently, the company has been taking orders for the new electric vehicle since September and will begin deliveries to the first customers sometime this quarter.

For those who want to see what the Charger Daytona EV is all about but aren’t quite ready to commit to the $61,590 price tag, leasing might be a more suitable option, especially since Dodge just introduced a new incentive to increase The appeal of the deal.
