Eastside Rooms celebrated after the West Midlands Tourism Awards, which was named the “Business of the Year” venue. The award was presented at Edgbaston Park Stadium last night to recognize Eastside Rooms’ outstanding performance in delivering world-class events and conferences. The achievement also gives the venue a finalist for the National Visitor Awards for Excellence later this year.

The award, hosted by Amber Sandhu of BBC Asia Network, sees Eastside Rooms gaining a fierce competition in the fierce competition of CBS Arena, Thestudio and Conference Aston. The rigorous review process involved written nominations followed by a three-hour in-person visit by Al Titterington, Director of Operations at Birmingham Airport Terminals.

Representing Eastside Rooms the award was a proud team of ten, including Regional General Manager Matt Huddart and Sales and Marketing Director Leanne Bladen. “We are so grateful to win the annual business event venue,” Leanne said. “This recognition is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our incredible team, who have surpassed outstanding events. We pride ourselves on a flexible event space, cutting-edge technology and excellent customer service. To be a finalist in the National Finals is an incredible honor and we can’t wait to represent West Midlands on the bigger stage.”
