EICMA 2024: The 2025 Aprilia Tuono V4 is powered by a Euro 5+ compliant 1,099cc V4 engine with a 52mm throttle body that produces 178bhp at 11,800rpm.
EICMA 2024: In addition to the naked version of the RS 457 – the Tuono 457, Aprilia also recently showcased the standard and factory versions of the 2025 Tuono V4 at the EICMA show. For its 2025 model year, the Tuono has a Euro 5+ compliant 1,099cc V4 engine with a 52mm throttle body, compared to the 1,077cc V4 engine fitted to the previous model. As a result, the 2025 Aprilia Tuono V4 develops 178bhp at 11,800rpm, an increase of 5bhp. Additionally, the bike features a number of redesigned aerodynamic aids that provide “better performance and better rider protection,” according to Aprilia. These include new double-sided front wing profiles that generate 2.5kg of vertical load at 250km/h. The side panels and tail have also been modified to improve heat dissipation. New taillight assemblies integrated with the license plate bracket enable faster removal.

Additionally, the latest version of the Tuono V4 features a 5.0-inch TFT display with updated graphics, as well as backlit handlebar switches. Updated electronics include new predictive algorithms that improve the bike’s control intervention capabilities. Ride-by-wire, three-stage cornering ABS (anti-lock braking system), ride modes and the Aprilia Performance Ride Control (APRC) package continue. The latter includes traction control, wheelie control, cruise control and a quickshifter.
2025 Aprilia Tuono V4, Tuono V4 Factory: Control Package
The 2025 Aprilia Tuono V4 also comes with new control packages – the performance-focused Track Pack, the road-oriented Comfort Pack and the Race Pack. The first two are standard on the Factory variant and are optional extras on the Standard variant, while the last one is reserved only for the new Tuono V4 Factory. The Race Pack is designed for track use, with a built-in GPS module for corner-by-corner mapping. There’s also a suspension package with corner-by-corner semi-active suspension adjustment.

The 2025 Tuono V4 Factory comes in a single Deep Kraken color, while the standard version comes in Shark Gray or Scorpion Yellow. Aprilia has not launched these models yet.
