NEW YORK — The U.S. glamping market is expected to reach more than $1.3 billion by 2029, according to Arizton Research — and Emerald is currently leading the way by acquiring the industry’s major trade shows. The Glamping Show of the Americas (GSA) will be held October 1-2, 2024 at the Arapahoe County Fairgrounds in Aurora, Colorado.
GSA Show co-founder David Korse, who will continue to be involved in the event, said this year’s event will follow the same format, with a combination of conferences and indoor/outdoor exhibitions.
“The glamping and outdoor hospitality industry is ripe for growth,” said Jessica Kirchner, head of brand at Emerald. “Live event experiences like Glamping Show of the Americas are the foundation for the learning, connections and product innovation necessary to spur growth in emerging industries. I can’t wait to work with the dedicated team at Glamping Show of the Americas to deliver the biggest show in 2025 and beyond Glamping community gathering.”
The educational event kicks off with the second annual State of the Camping Industry in the Americas Report. Session topics include how to harness the power of artificial intelligence to engage guests and increase revenue, as well as glamping food and drink ideas. The trade show will showcase the industry’s most innovative products, from glamping tents and carriages to sustainable products. Other features include the American Glamping Association announcing the 2024 Glamping Award winners in the Operator, Manufacturer, Innovator, Member and Sustainability categories.
